In our busy schedule, Due to lot of work pressure, we can't take care of health, as a result we get to stay away from fitness. It's obvious to suffer from severe illness, cold and cough. To maintain healthy lifestyle, Many of them do work out which is necessary in our day to day life in order to stay fit and young. This magazine is designed for all  to make them aware about how fitness plays important role in making our personality very unique from others. There are many types of fitness workout such as
Yoga which not only helps us to stay physically fit and healthy but also it helps to stay us mentally fit.
Martial arts/ Gymnast:- It helps us to stay physically fit and healthy throughout our life. Many gymnast tries to learn martial arts for fitness and for self-defense.
